    How do you change the font text?

    You can only do that with highly highly super advanced server scripting. We have yet to hit that era of customization yet.

    im using free webs and i uploaded a font but dunno how to make the font work.

    The simple answer is, you can't. Fonts work locally; unless your visitor has that font installed on their own computer, they won't see it.

    For small blocks of text like headings, you can use either a graphic or a technique like sIFR.

    Specify a list of fonts in your stylesheet entries. The first font from the list that is installed on your visitors computer will be the one used. That at least gives you partial control.
