    resolved [RESOLVED] phpMYAdmin config.inc.php

    I am able to connect to phpMYADMIN, but it says im not using a password, and that will make it "open to intrusion".

    I tried adding a password, but then I get an ERROR message.
    Error

    MySQL said: Documentation
    Cannot connect: invalid settings.
    With out a password:
    PHP Code:
    $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type']     = 'config';    // Authentication method (config, http or cookie based)?
    $cfg['Servers'][$i]['user']          = 'root';      // MySQL user
    $cfg['Servers'][$i]['password']      = '';        // MySQL password (only needed
                                                        // with 'config' auth_type)
    $cfg['Servers'][$i]['only_db']       = '';          // If set to a db-name, only
    With A password
    PHP Code:
    $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type']     = 'config';    // Authentication method (config, http or cookie based)?
    $cfg['Servers'][$i]['user']          = 'root';      // MySQL user
    $cfg['Servers'][$i]['password']      = 'd';        // MySQL password (only needed
