Hi all,
how are you all..
Stuck with CSS .. Dont know if this is possible or not..
I want to add styles to the blue colored bar at the top of the browser window.
I could only make scrollbars look gaudy upto now. If it is not possible to add styles to a browser window, i would like to know if tat can be done to a pop up window or a window generated using "showModalDialog".
Nope. That's part of the user's OS/GUI, nothing to do with what's in your web page.

PS: I suppose it's possible there's some weird IE filter or such that might do something, but it's certainly not part of the CSS spec.; but since the scrollbar color stuff isn't part of the spec. either, yet IE has non-standard CSS attributes that let you muck around with them, I wouldn't put it past them to have other non-standard "goodies" to play with -- if not now, maybe in Vista/IE7.
