Hi, I'm a new member here and I'm looking for some help in graphics and images/html. I would like to know if there are any tutorials that I can view or any good graphics programs that I can use. My website will be up soon and I just want to make sure that I have all the right stuff to advertise it properly.
Well for graphics programs, nothing really beats photoshop, but if you don't have the bucks for that, there's GIMP, an open source graphics program, and corel provides a lower cost program that's also effective(I can't remember what it was called)
For tutorials, there's lots of great sites out there:
For HTML, there's lots of wysiwyg browsers out there, dreamweaver is a popular one. Microsoft Expression is in it's beta right now and you can download a copy for free. I don't know if I'd pay for it, but it's got a lot of the featrues dreamweaver has and like I said, for now you don't have to pay for it. Hope this helps. Good luck.
