Contract Agreement Text Box in a form

Hey,
does anyone know how to make a contract agreement text box in a form that is uneditable. So you can scroll through and click on a check box and then you agree to the conditions of the form? THx

Just create a <div> and use CSS to style it to the desired width, height, font, border, etc., including "overflow: auto;" to add a scrollbar as needed.

do you mean that the user can see the textbox but cannot edit it? if that's the case you can try
