Layout doesn't expand

You see the content box doesn't repeat in FireFox but it does in IE. How can I make it repeat in Firefox?

It does repeat - the problem is that you have set the height of the Content div to 212px, which is less than the actual content. I would suggest getting rid of the height declaration completely, and letting the div size itself to the contents.
