Database access

I am on a macintosh, so i got a program called "File Maker Pro 6"
It creates databases and all that... but i have no idea what to do in order to reference it and add fields and the like.
I have fields called:
Name
Password
subp1
subp2
subp3
subp4
subp5

I want the "Name" to be thier selected user name
i want the "password" to be a selected password (6+ digits)
and i want all the subp's to have random 10 digit number values

how do i do all of that using ASP? If you don't want to type all the code... do you know of any good tutorials?
