Hi everyone, I just wanted to check in. I got multiple calls today from people who were looking for assistance with their Authorize.net integration. Both customers had older SIM integrated websites that stopped working in the last few days. I was curious if anyone was aware of any changes made by Authorize.net that would cause this problem!? Or if anyone was having similar problems recently.
Authorize.net provides you with customer service, for free, with their accounts. I would think they would know better why their system stopped working.
