Delay code

I read the script code on how to delay the opening of a link when a word is klicked on. I tried messing with the code to acomplish my goal - no luck.

What I'm trying to accomlish is create a delay opening of a picture (.gif) with no clicking necessary.

Pict no 2 would be displayed then the "delayed" pict no 1 would open up - 10 seconds later to it's left. (which I assume would bump the first pict to the right.

You would have to use Javascript to do that.

HTML defines the content.
Stylesheets define the appearance.
Javascript defines the beehaviour.
