    How do you expect us to help you without any code or a link from you?

    Talking whoops

    sori! haha forgot to paste it!

    <html>
    <body bgcolor=black>

    <div id="counter" style="position:absolute;bottom:3px;right:3px">
    <!-- VISIT COUNTER -->
    <IMG SRC="http://counter.digits.com/wc/-d/3/-c/16/-z/rockerchinita" ALIGN=right
    WIDTH=45 HEIGHT=20 BORDER=0 HSPACE=0 VSPACE=0>
    </div>

    <div id="date" style="position:absolute;bottom:1px;left:1px">
    <!-- DATE -->
    <script language="JavaScript">
    <!--
    document.write("<p class=date align=left><font face=arial color=white size=1>" + Date() +

    "<\/Font><\/p>")
    //-->
    </script>

    </body>
    </html>

    okay, this is basically the short version of it.. i removed everything that is not relevant to the question, coz the whole code is too long! =)

    The only way for them not to move is if you set a really large width to the document. Other than that there really is no way to stop them from moving. Personally I would use this
    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
    <title>Untitled Document</title>
    <style type="text/css">
    html, body {
    margin:0;
    padding:0;
    background:#000;
    height:100%;
    font-size:13px;
    color:#FFF;
    }
    #container {
    min-height:100%;
    position:relative;
    }
    * html #container {
    height:100%;
    }
    #counter {
    position:absolute;
    bottom:3px;
    right:3px;
    }
    #date {
    position:absolute;
    bottom:1px;
    left:1px;
    }
    #counter img {
    display:block;
    }
    #datehold {
    margin:0;
    padding:3px;
    }
    </style>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    window.onload = function()
    {
    	document.getElementById('datehold').firstChild.nodeValue = Date();
    }
    </script>
    </head>
    <body>
    <div id="container">
    	<div id="counter">
    		<!-- VISIT COUNTER -->
    		<img src="http://counter.digits.com/wc/-d/3/-c/16/-z/rockerchinita" width="45" height="20" alt="">	</div>
    	<div id="date">
    		<!-- DATE -->
    		<p class="date" id="datehold">&nbsp;</p>
    	</div>
    </div>
    </body>
    </html>
    Its a lot better code than what you've provided.
