Css height problems in Internet Explorer

Hi, I'm trying to use CSS to layout my hompage found here . It seems to work fine in Firefox, but it if you bring it up on Internet Explorer, there's a big padding problem at the bottom of the page. Is it something to do with the DOC type or internall css id's. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm while it looks you are going about this the wrong way by positioning everything your doctype is wrong. It should be
    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

    Doesn't work

I tried changing the DOC type, but it still occurs in IE. I've narrowed it down to the postInner <div> that's giving me the problem. I've goggled some possible answers and they said it had to with some overlflow properties embedded within the tag. Any solutions?
