introduction of Window Work Flow Foundation , and the a little more detail...

currently, with 2.0 you can download linq
but in 3.0, it'll be built-in, which is going to be very awesome (I personally found that strongly type xml xsd file very annoying).

I think there are a lot more, you may wanna check up on msdn.
