Challenging Question

I'll cut right to the point. Here's what I need:

- A user logs into a website
- They are prompted from the website to create a video using their webcam
- The video would start recording automatically and stop recording after 30 seconds
- The website records and saves the video to a file

I'm going to be building the backend programming in PHP, but something else is required to save the video. Any ideas on how to get this completed?

Impossible. They would have to create the movie and then upload it.
