I have a forum and I was wondering how I can market it?

It is about sound editing.

Your best bet is search engine optimization, and then submission to them.

2 ideas come to mind:

1: Offer something of value to the user. Anything from giveaways, to articles, to guest speakers would fall in this category.
2: Find a way to be where they are. If your target users spend a lot of time in college then find a way to be there. If they spend a lot of time at clubs then find a way to be there.

Find where your potential visitors like to go, and then promote there.
