I was wondering if anyone had a really solid beggining PHP tutorial? I need to expand my codeing horizons. At the moment i only know HTML, CSS (a little bit) and Javascript.
Its not a free resource, but "O'Reilly - PhP & Mysql" taught me all I know. You have the tools you need now, it's just a matter of syntex.
If you know html, you know how to display, if you know JS you know how to pass data around, all you need to learn are you db calls and you are set.
I started in C++, then VB, then html, then JS, now PhP and I can tell you one important lesson I've learned, the logic never changes, it's just the syntAx.
