WMP 11 blows up FF and Opera video

Need some help. I just downloaded Windows Media Player 11 and spotted that videos in my website are playing at the wrong size. Video in Opera blown up and I only see the top 1/4 of the video and it is at about 200% zoom in FF.

I know the code probably wasn't the best to begin with but this is what has been working until now

Well adjusting the height seems to be doing the trick for Firefox for now not Opera and doesn't appear to be messing with the IE which is fine. It is now leaving extra black space around the video on older versions of WMP on other computers.

Still curious if there is a better solution out there. There has to be.
