What is the most user friendly photo gallery software for adding galleries?

I want to add a nice photo gallery to my website. I've been messing around with Coppermine, but unfortunately creating and uploading new galleries is kind of... overwhelming.

I just want something simple with the following features:

1) Must support multiple categories
2) EASY to upload images and create new categories

That's it... So far, the SlideShowPro looks good, and for $50 I can get the Director version which seems like it makes uploading easy enough.

Anyone have any recommendations?

I use coppermine and find it easy as long as you create the category, album and upload the files that you want in the correct order it's fine
