Print Contents of Form

I have created a form in dreamweaver. The form is very large and I was wondering if there is an easier way of creating the layout in print.css.

Is there a way of getting the contents of the form into a word document.

Is there a way of getting the contents of the form into a word document.

There are a number of libraries for creating and manipulating MSO documents.

Any idea where I can find the libraries.
