Directly to inbox?

Is there a possibillity in Windows (7) when you start up the pc to go directly to the inbox of my e-mail (gmail)?

Go to Gmails web site.... Drag the URL to your desktop.... Copy that shortcut to:

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
