I think you should know that your main page generates 377 http requests in a total of 1.93MB which took 40.96minutes to load. And I'm not sure it's fully loaded because it looks like the menus have only a top border...

Could I ask 'Logic Ali' which part of the site he conducted his search and if you can remember what were the search criteria?

And 'Znupi'.... Did this page take this long for you to load it just when visiting the url or were you running some kind of test on it?

We have had the site developed over the past couple of years and we really just want to know how well the job has been done with regards to its usability and current standards? Being a web designer myself currently employed by property-abroad.com have no developer knowledge and was hoping to get the full site externally verified to see how it can be improved at the backend. I design sites with accessibility in mind and sites are built using current XHTML and CSS standards. I look at this site and my perception is that the site has been poorly constructed, but please correct me if i'm wrong.
