    Firefox table cell positioning issue

I am working on a site www.affordable-solar.com where we have recently done some updates but there is issues we have run into. On the main index page, at the top of the main section it has featured items category and complete system, sometimes on page load these two categories will not be aligned right, and the vertical bar in the middle moves around. It is either all the way against the right category or against the left, but not in the middle. However if you refresh the page, it loads correctly. Im not sure if it has to do with a table width or cell width, but any help with this would be much appreciated. It always loads fine in internet explorer, that is, the two columns and the vertical seperator bar are always positioned correctly.

Maybe some of this is coming into play. Especially the ones saying "not allowed here."
