I've been hearing about this from some companies that have been working with us. I'm not familiar with it and the W3 site is very complex, is it possible for someone to simplify what ITS is and what it's meant to accomplish. Or provide a link that is more clear that the W3 site.
The ITS was released in December, 2006 as an official recommendation. I did some searching and mostly found press releases. It's a new enough recommendation that nobody has really delved into it. I found an event in Paris, France about implementing ITS on May 16th of this year. But that's about it. You could be one of the first people to figure this out then.
