Hover button with picture

Hi guys, I would like to make a menu with just simple text links. However, when I however over a name in the menu I would like a picture of that person to appear elsewhere on the screen. Any ideas welcome!

Both methods are essentially, six-of-one or a half-dozen of another. CSSPLAY is using this in the content. The other site, uses this in a navigation's "<li><a href="#"></a></li>".

Any problems, come back with your code. I've done a handful of these navs like that before (and they get easier every time).
