Stopped working in IE

This site WAS working in IE 6 and I thought 7 also, and now the navigation bar with the letters is not working! Any thoughts at why?

Looks like the nav bar is working in IE 7.0 and FF 2.0.0.4 for me. Not all tabs have valid links, but take you haven't finished page.

Seems to be working, but this will fix the layout problem in IE7:

The font-size is also too large in IE6

Ohh yeah. I should have explained that it seemed to be working fine in IE6, but it was in IE7 that the nav bars were having issues. I will try those changes and report back. Thanks.
