resolved [RESOLVED] Convert Video to Flash

I didn't see a thread about this anywhere, but if there is please point me to it.

I have some video files in .wmv format and I want to convert them to .flv, but I have no idea how.

There are many, many tools and software that I have seen online to do this. I was kinda wondering the same thing. I was wondering if it was a difficult task to convert native video files to FLV without losing much quality and without compromising speed.

use the flash video converter that comes with Flash, it's simple to use. The flexibility and quality of the movies you create also depends on the codecs available on your system.

Yup, I just found that and it seems easy enough to use, and the best method to approach this. Thanks for the help!

I just tried this and I wanted to add some play, pause, and fast-forward sections to the flash file. So I need to import them into Flash and export them as .swf files, but when I do they come out with the video going very slow and the audio loading too fast. Anybody know how to fix this?

    EDIT:
Nevermind, I edited the Frame rate and now the video seems to be working fine. Thanks again for the help.
