transformation of xml to a new xml

Hi All
Can any body help me out to transform a xml document into another xml document with the help of xslt using browser (as if we are using a xslt for a xml document to transform using browser it convert into html document as an output but i require it in xml format either by iusing directly brwser or by using "Altova" tool)

Please help me

Or you could use a preprocessing directive in your xml, eg:

<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="stylesheet.xsl"?>
