HTML error

Hi

One of our clients customer is not able to access the site that we have build. Everytime she tries to access the site the login page just does not comes up. After couple of minutes she gets "page is not available" error message.
Someone told me that it could be because your HTML page has too many errors and advised to me to use the w3c HTML validator site to figure out the errors and correct them. I am just wondering is it possible that HTML errors can create such severe errors. Frankly I tried testing other internet sites as well on that W3C URL and each and every sites throws some or other form of HTML errors.

Not to mention the site is working fine for other customers.

Any site you create should contain no errors but "page is not available" is not something that would happen due to validation errors. This is typically a server issue and you should contact your host.

If others can get to it then the problem is on that user's end.
