How to make a Suggestion box

I have my textbox on my webpage and a submit button. How can I link the two and store the values to something useful? Maybe a text doc?
    thanks

You cannot access the local filesystem using javascript. You generally use javascript to submit the form data to a server program which then stores the data.

If yo insist on doing it client side then see Java/VBScript/ActiveX

Don't PM me about answers to questions. If I don't reply in a thread it's because:
    • You didn't read the message posting guidelines
    • Your code is too unstructured and/or formatted poorly - correcting it is too time consuming
    • I simply don't know the answer
