IE6 and IE7

IS there any sure fire way to get IE6and IE7 working properly on the same computer, I followed this:

which worked, except IE6 would fireup Mozilla when trying to access the localhost, not sure if its the same issue, or if its even related, but would really like to have IE6 running next to IE7. And the IE6 problem fixed.
