Zen Cart, CubeCart, and OS Commerce. I haven't had any experience with any of these yet and I was wondering which one would be best for me and what you're opinions of them are. I need one that is easy to customize the look of so it integrates well with the current website, one that's not too complicated to figure out (although I'm a fast learner) and easy to use from the backend for someone who wants to update products but has no knowledge of programming.
I personally like Oscommerce because it has such a huge opensouce community. Some other options though are X-cart, Virtuemart/Joomla. You can get hosting and some free pro templates for oscommerce here http://www.webhostingrally.com
