MySQL vs. flatfile for user's profile content
I'm new to MySQL. I've successfully created a login system which allows users to register, once they have they're able to view their info (username, email) and other user's as well. Now I'm attempting to expand the user-data to allow them to style their profiles and add content (like myspace). My question is this, is MySQL the way to go to store large amounts of data such as the CSS and content for each profile or would it be better to use MySQL to store the login info (username, email, password, and ID) and then generate a txt file for each user to store the rest of their data (CSS & content)?
