i have read on above url that hard disk requirement for vs 2005 intallation would be

Without MSDN:

2 GB of available space required on installation drive
1 GB of available space required on system drive
With MSDN:

3.8 GB of available space required on installation drive with a full MSDN install or
2.8 GB of available space required on installation drive with a default MSDN install.
1 GB of available space required on system drive
******************************************************

so i want to ask that this requiremnt for hard disk should be avialable
at the time of installation or should be avilable after installtion

secondly Processor speed i have 1.7 gh so if i want to increase processor speed should i need to change my whole motherborad for this purpose
