it show error for function path c:\php5\.. . ..

Hi, I've got a problem. I'm not a developer or programmer. I've gotten emails from someone and I have tried to save the emails to a new folder. When I click on (new folder) I get a msg that I am trying to save msgs from a scripted website. What exactly does that mean? I'm know who it is, but staying undercover-could this possibly by a PI (Private Investigator)?
