Sizing Flash Website for FIREFOX (HELP!)

Hi everyone.

Please help me with this simple problem. I am developing a website with Flash MX. The website is coming along well, but I have one very simple problem. I want my Flash Movie to fit to screen on Internet Explorer AND Firefox.

I can get the movie working on IE but it never works on firefox. All I require is the appropriate HTML code to allow the movie to fit to screen in any browser. I want the movie to run size wise the same as this website:
