can anyone help me in removing deprecated methods, constructor methods and finalise methods from the EMMA(code coverage tool) so that it will increase the percentage of code covered..

not sure if I understood completely, however if you use an IDE such as IntelliJ it has a tool that will scan all of the code in project and point to the problems such as deprecated methods....
