Simple CMS

Hi I am looking for a very simple CMS system, where the admin would go to a page and enter some text then press a send button that would add that text to a cell of a table on a different page.

Write your own. Learn a little about PostgreSQL databases and PHP. Should not take more than a day or four for a novice. (Provided that you have an understanding about how a web content managment system actually works.)
