    Shawn,
    Why are you floating the text in the footer? Could not text-align work as well?

    FYI
    * My screen resolution is set at 1680x1050
    * I'm accessing your site through a T1 line
    * I'm probably viewing it using Firefox (unless browser is specified)

    I'll put that on my punchlist

    How can I fix my problem?

    According to the validator, you do have one error that could be contributing:
    # Error Line 71, Column 6: end tag for "div" omitted, but OMITTAG NO was specified.
    </body>
    You may have neglected to close an element, or perhaps you meant to "self-close" an element, that is, ending it with "/>" instead of ">".
    # Info Line 27, Column 0: start tag was here.
    <div id="container">
    Fix that, and we'll see what else could be the problem.

    Must have fixed it as both footers look the same to me in FF and IE. This page has at least 10 HTML coding problems, but the w3c.org's validator really hiccupped as it reported, "Failed validation, 25 Errors". I'm sure your other pages are similar since you are using the XHTML 1.0 Strict doc type which is a little more stringent with coding.
