Anyone seen a player like this available?

I'm looking to put a player on my website similiar to this one to support about 35 video clips I have. User should be able to select one of course and have it begin within the embedded player window. Very good example here.

Does anyone know of a pre-packaged solution or maybe even an open source version?

That is just a FLASH player, with a "playlist". If you Google "video player" +"playlist", you will find dozens of how~to examples to use.
