I am using Adobe Photoshop 6.

I have created a website with mouse over text buttons.

Example - Home Services About me

The above are text mouseover buttons which change color when mouse is over them.

When i go to change the text on say the About me button, i cannot delete the About me text that is already there.

In the layers interface at the bottom right hand side of the screen, it shows as the layer being locked???

How can i unlock it so i can edit the button?
