Javascript Form Verification Help!

Hi, I am creating a website called allscriptsolutions.com but I lately I have run into some problems with the coding for the Order2.htm page. I am trying to create an order form that verifies the credit card information as well as the rest of the other fields but it seems that the submit button only verifies the credit card information. Is there a code that enables the submit button both verify the credit card and the rest of the other form fields?
