hide links info

Hi
The problem I have is that I want to hide the information that a link shows when hovering on it , at the bottom part of a web page.
Instead I would like this part to show a fixed message, the same for all the different links.
Is there a way to do it?

It takes javascript. If the user has javascript disabled, they will still see your link.

Javascript is the only way, more then 95% of internet users use it. So quite a good (and only one) sollution
