[RESOLVED] What's the link look like to download a zip off of my site?

Ok so, i've got a zipped up file on my site i want to make downloadable through a link.

this is what i came up with before...but it doesnt seem to be working. (I scanned google for a bit and this was the best i could do on my own)

sorry....i've forgotten basic html, don't put capital letters in your file names!!! :P
