edit a midi file

I have a midi file (free download) that I want edited slightly - it needs to be slowed down just a bit. is there a program that does that or (if not free) can anyone who has that program be willing to do that for me?

I can do it, send me the midi file, tell me what tempo you want, i will change it and send it back to you
