best CMS system

want to choose good PHP based CMS system(preferably opensource), for corporate website. Which have you found to be the best? I would like to find some simple, clean, fast and bugs free one, preferably UTF-8 compatible, search engine-friendly URLs, centered layout, does not need to be pure CSS-based tableless layout. Perhaps there are some good CMS out there, not only Joomla, so if you have any thoughts or a CMS product that has worked well for you please post.

its difficult to find good corporate template for joomla 1.5, too many abstract, conceited layouts.

joomla 1.0 is ok, and easy enough to change the CCS and image files

I tried Joomla 1.0, it's not bad, but does not support utf-8.
