I have an mpeg video and want to put it online

here is what I tried

it's not working but here are the steps I took:

steps taken
I had a .mpeg movie
I exported it to FLV from Flash
I took the .fla file and exported that to SWF
in Dreamweaver, I inserted the SWF file
I uploaded everything to my server, including SWF, FLV and FLA
