    v:shapes

    Could someone tell me what the "v:shapes" and "hspace" in HTML? I've the following HTML code but not quite sure what it does. Thanks...

    HTML Code:
        <span style="display:none;color:000000;" style=&{head};>
           <img width=492 height=400 src="Images/test.gif" align=left hspace=12 v:shapes="_x0000_s1027"><br>
        </span>

    hspace stands for horizontal space around the image. It's use is depreciated.
    v:shapes a MS Word attribute used to style the image.
    Don't use either.
