Question How to check for js files conflict ?

    Guys,

How do I check for javascript files conflict?

I have made a webpage that features a few js items:
    • slideout menu
    • js scrollbars in content divs
    • some mootools, using the chain class to display/hide content divs

When previewed in Adobe GoLive, it works great... Once uploaded on the server, the scrollbars don't work...

What browser are you using - I generally use FireFox to debug - go to "tools" -> "error console" and see what it says when you load the page.

Also - you may want to clear out the error console before reloading the page so you are sure the errors are just from that page on that load...

mmm... yeah as a good newbie/amateur, I use IE. lol I'm gonna see what I can do w/ Firefox...

Meanwhile, I uploaded a basic version of my page here: http://www.freewebs.com/mmm84/whatever.html

It's not pretty or anything but it illustrates what I was saying.

I just installed firefox and it's kinda worse than what I thought...
Impossible to view the content and thus say wether it works or not. At the moment, I have no idea how to fix it as FF is all new to me.

Any Help is MORE than welcome!!!

ericwebs, please make your own post, don't hijack an existing thread with a problem you have, ask a question of your own.
