    Looking for templating framework

    Hello,
I am new here. Looking forward to joining you all. I am looking for a templating framework. I worked on a website a few years ago and we used a commercial product (I don't they exists anymore) and we used Tiles on the other site. An example of a site that uses templates may be a real estate site and sub pages for each agent. Instead of coding each page, the agent can select their own layout, colors, images, and a section for text. The agent pages are subdomains or sub pages. I hope I am explaining this well, please let me know. Looking for the industry standard (hopefully open source). Thanks.

"Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it." Brian W. Kernighan
