    The potential of CSS

I'm not that great with CSS but I've been wondering just how flexible CSS exactly is. Can you potentially code interactive blogs? Is it possible for CSS to have your site automatically display let's say...the latest 5 entries in your blog.htm file or whatever?

CSS is for styling your content, not for interacting with it. For that, you would want a language like PHP.

So how do all those "free css template" sites work? They seem to have interactive blogs.

Also, can PHP coding be inserted into any file or does it require databases like MySQL?

Also, how much more difficult is PHP than CSS?

Apples and goats. PHP is a programming language; CSS is a presentation declaration.
