Activity Log in PHP

Hello, is there any resources for where I can learn how to write a script for this?

This log must record every action, not just site visitors.

the apache access logs can give a lot of info. what are you currently viewing as your activity log?

Do you have access to your own server or are you on a shared server?

Shared Server, but I dont need a log that indepth, I mean site specific log.
